The Story Builder
We want to make Historigraph open to creation, not just consumption. Find fascinating stories never told by exploring the data in new ways. The Story Builder is our moonshot.
More data
We want to add a large and diverse data repository that encompasses as much of the world and as much of history as possible. Political, economic, demographic, military, technological, and more. Sourcing data, finding interesting stories, normalizing and cleaning it up and then preparing it for visualization are time-consuming work. Some data is not as readily available and requires a lot of research.
More history
We want to be able to teach history that goes beyond what is available in data sets. This means turning historical information into normalized data. This includes things like changing national borders, territorial control, empires, wars, and historical political divisions.
